the first drive i bought that i can remember all the specs to is an ibm 75gxp (the ones that were dying on everybody). i've been lucky, and it's chugging along in the wife's computer now. Wink

i've got the WD SE 120GB in my current machine and no problems yet.

i've always heard that seagate is one of the best hdd manufacturer's around. and they've got a factory here in OK, so ya gotta support 'em.

I use to have a image, then I filled up all my HD's. I don't have room anymore. I have 4 HD's in my sys and 2 exteral. I think that it might be time to clean them up again. LOL. 500GB just isn't enough.

At work we have just over 2 tb total. But alot of that is redundant crap, in case of failure.

While I do get satisfaction for giving, I also like recieving Very Happy And I think I'd much rather recieve 2tb in HDDs, then to give it =P
