Hermmm... seems after reading some of the reviews its kind of hit or miss getting one of these that works, but seems like they are getting replaced if they are not working.
Time to roll the dice? hehe _________________ For with what measure you measure it will be measured to you.

As long as it's not a Crucial... Crucia's warranty for SSDs kind of sucks.

I've used their RAM on a couple of my builds back when I had a desktop, and each time performed fine. Never used one of their SSDs, though. But Shinare is right, for your OS drive, it's a big step up in performance from a HD to an SSD. _________________ Advocating the end of the world since July 1995.

Not worth the risk though......seems like fail rate is pretty high. _________________ K-SWISS Power cologne. Who knew you could bottle the scent of boner?

Newegg also has a deal on a Crucial 250G SSD for $89, but performance is mid-range.

BTW: Evidently this is a pretty old SSD based off of an old Sandforce2 controller with only 4 chips rather than the full 8. Newegg must be liquidating backstock of it. I passed on this. _________________ For with what measure you measure it will be measured to you.
