I hate to say it, but I think this video card has killed the OC on my motherboard.
I'll have to do some more looking into it, but since putting in this card, my computer has been acting funny, as in when I turn it on, it turns off and on like 5 to 10 times even before getting to POST.
Once I even had to clear my bios to get it to boot. Now if I OC anything above stock it does that. If I run at stock it boots just fine. Strange.
Now instead of 3.0GHz I'm running at stock 2.1GHz. eeewwwwwww _________________ For with what measure you measure it will be measured to you.

I just ordered this off of ebay. I didn't even check to see if it will work in my mobo. LOL fingers crossed. $30 for a processor I had a few days ago kinda stinks, but ho well. heh _________________ For with what measure you measure it will be measured to you.

If anyone missed this deal but was interrested, I just saw it at Amazon for $155 shipped after rebate here with games.
Sapphire version rather than XFX.
EDIT: oops, nevermind, thats the 1GB version, not the 2GB version. my bad. Looks like its got WAY better cooling than mine tho. _________________ For with what measure you measure it will be measured to you.

Shin, I would look at your powersupply as a potential cause of post issues. If the video card doesn't like the voltage it is getting, it could definitely give you those kind of issues.
