Skyrim Mods

Anyone rocking any? Mods seem to range from graphic enhancements to the usual insane:

"AHHH YEAH!!" - sorry, I had to. But anyway...
I've been using the Skyrim UI mod and script extender (required for it), and I'm thinking about dropping it.

I am running QD Inventory and a Map mod that puts the roads on the map. I downloaded a collection of texture mods that add up to around 2gb, but I crash to desktop with those installed.

Bethesda is hinting at releasing the creation kit and Steam workshop support later this week. So we'll be seeing more and more good and many insane mods here soon.
