It's another GTA clone, but probably the most successful series outside of GTA.

The Saints row series is a parody of GTA... so profane language for profane language sake, is kind of a given.

Same here, waiting till it's a bit cheaper, given the other options. BF3, Skyrim. I've already put almost double the hours in Skyrim that I've put into BF3. That's sad, but it is an engrossing RPG. I will definitely get this at some point.
