Windows 7

Every time I launch an installer from a folder, or if I have windows open, the I end up sitting around for 5 minutes because first UAC, I know I can turn it off, pops up in the fucking background instead of gaining focus. Not only that but then the installer does it too. It is making me mad.

Also, Need For Speed Shift keeps crashing on my laptop since installing. I've not installed Shift on my my desktop under windows 7, but I'm going to try it tonight. I'm also going to try and run Shift in compatibility mode and see if that works.

Once Asus returns my damn laptop, which they are replacing with the core i7 version, I'll try Shift on 7 and see if it gives me any trouble.

i run shift on my windows 7 beta no problems but i have steam version.
