Last Call for sign-up on the September 2009 LAN  Reply with quote  

Sign-up for the LAN at the new location! It's this Saturday at the usual time, and we'd like to fill the house.

You guys asked for a better location and we got one. So show your support and come on out. Remember to bring a chair (if you can't bring a chair let Goahed know BEFORE Saturday), mouse pad, and of course BYOC.

We'll see you there.

PM sent. Yeah, I building another gaming comp from the ground up. Looking at a water cooled AM3 955, 4890, DDR3 1600, SSD...etc. Figured Id go with the tried and true Newegg. But, if you can get parts, I def would like to talk.

People started packing up at 12:30am. I was like, omg where you going, I thought it was like 8:30 or 9pm. Man was I wrong. I could have gone another 8 or so hours easy.

We actually ended up with 19 gamers. It was one of the biggest in a long time and I agree, time flew by. Thanks to everyone who came out and made it a success. As we get more acquainted with the new building I'm sure it'll get even better!

PS: Did anyone leave a USB device behind? If so PM me as to what it was and I'll get it back to you.

It was indeed mine. I'm an idiot. What I thought I felt in my bag as the mouse receiver was in fact a usb thumb drive I misplaced about a year ago.
