The cat was being held for the photo, but the size is wrong. The indentation would not be indicitave of the cat image being enlarged, it would be there either way.

If the cat was being held, then it was enlarged... wouldnt the indentation(on the enlarged cat) be much larger than the normal sized hand on the cat? Since the indentation is enlarged with the cat, while the human hand stays the same size.

The front indentation looks enlarged to me. Either way, the fuzziness around the cat, the short (cropped) tail, missing back right leg, and 1/2 missing front right leg are all signs that convince me this is a phtotochop. If this cat was this big, the guys left hand would make more of an impression in the he hind quarters of the cat.
