Hey, in case any of you missed it, we are doing a LAN party next month on July 15, 2017 from 10am to midnight.
Sign-up is open and all you have to do is click the little link up top that says Sign-Up and fill in the form and captcha. Then you will be registered to come to the LAN.
LAN's are pretty cool and lots of fun. We hope you try it out. If you have trouble getting registered I suggest you take a computer course on using the internet, but you can also contact one of our friendly staff by sending a personal message on the forums.
We sincerely appreciate your attendance and hope you manage to find your way to our sign-up.
OK, that was a nice way of saying "you people need to get off your asses and sign up damn it!" _________________ Technology Unlimited * www.techunl.net * (405) 773-6037 * [email protected]

I vote classic call of duty.....Like the original WWII one. Loads of fun and LAN play
Looks easy to get running on modern systems with no install needed.....was playing with it tonight. Widescreen resolution is a bit of a pain with the typical "edit a config file" but other than that easy breezy cover girl... _________________ Core I7 4790K @ 4.7 Ghz

Please disregard my previous post. For some reason, at the time I posted it, I thought we were at August already. I will be missing August for a friend's wedding. I will be here for the July LAN, as far as I know, at this moment. Going to verify it tomorrow before hitting the actual sign up. _________________ Advocating the end of the world since July 1995.

Hello all! I just registered and signed up for the July LAN this Saturday. Was wanting to see how many people have committed to going or how many people usually show up to these monthly LANs you all have?
Also is this the sort of thing where I will need to make sure and have specific games before I show up or are they shared via LAN like back in the day? I can buy whatever games I need..just wanted to check before I show up unprepared or something.
Thanks!

We usually have about 10-15 people there each month.
My usual routine is I start up all my game launchers the night before so they download all the updates and I'll be ready to play.
You can look on the list of what we usually play but we are open to anything (especially Dan ). Some popular choices recently have been Player Unknown Battlegrounds, Quake Champions free beta, Overwatch, rocket league, World of Warships, and Titanfall II.
We have had some luck copying game files and having steam/origin verify to avoid downloads but it is hit or miss so bottom line have your stuff ready to go beforehand or be ready to sit around and wait.
Welcome to the LAN BTW don't worry, we are all crazy here _________________ Core I7 4790K @ 4.7 Ghz
