It's got mulitplayer co-op that changes the experience completely, the other guy you play is a solder and he has his own creepy visions and messed up issues and story that unfold on your play through with him. As far as it being a true "creepy game" I'm not on the planet yet and I can tell you the creep factor is still there completely.. The side missions that are optional flesh out the story even more, and, really, Issac has been through this so much now that a little more action and less OMG ALIENS feels like the natural progression of things, don't get me wrong, he's still messed up in the head and all, but, he's more proactive and less WTF IS GOING ON. It's creepy in different ways, lots of jump scares, really really creepy atmosphere, it feels darker than the first two in terms of lighting, there are more characters this time, the text logs and audio logs are all thee. It feels a lot like Dead Space two for the most part so far. I'd say it's like the progression of Ellen Ripley's character in the aliens series really.
OH and the weapons building platform..... Yes i'd like to attach a shotgun to the bottom of my plasma cutter. thank you.
