I need the Vista Home Basic disk. This is for a gateway with a home basic key on the panel. Had a bad hard drive, and now need to do a clean install on the new hard drive. If you have this disk, I'd like to pick it up from ya and can return it if needed.
I found a Home Premium Upgrade, but don't think I have a basic.

Unfortunately no, and I've already made a fuss about it. _________________ Blargle Flarg Bergah Merg

Plus you'd have to use your MSDN key, you couldn't use the key on the side of the chassis I believe. (I could be mistaken but I think I remember that being the case in the past) _________________ For with what measure you measure it will be measured to you.

That is the way most of the AP installations work.

Any OEM vista disc should work. Just pick 32 or 64 bit. I would be happy to make ya a copy of mine.
