Cox. I guess I am the only person who has no beef with them and they have never screwed me.

I wish my ISP would ditch the cap on the bandwidth. I could easily get 700 and maybe even 800KB/s down. I've witnessed it so many times but the cap will have like a 1-2 second delay before it drops my speeds.

I guess its all for the better though so the cable modem bandwidth up here doesn't get hosed from one person like me.
