Looks pretty decent, would play most anything these days at full res as long as you're not terribly worried about it being super pretty. Benchmark software doesn't list the amount of RAM though. How much is in it?

And you should refer to it as FrankenPC, it just rolls off the tongue better.

A Core i7 with a GTX 280 should be capable of playing anything current and in the near future without any issues. I would make sure it has 2 gig at a minimum but 4 gig or 8 gig would be preferable. Ram is so ridiculously cheap that there is no excuse, other than hardware limitations, to have less than 8 gig.

Looks like a pretty good build all things considering. Hopefully the PSU is a quality one as I have seen many builds plagued by substandard PSU's. Just something to think about.....

Get a 650w. Unless you run dual GPU's, you don't need that much power.

Do a Corsair H60. H100 is over kill. H60 with push pull fans is beast.

ideally i want to put dual evga 680's that's why im looking into a 850 and wanting to do a oc on my 2.8 ghz to 4.0 ghz if i can hence why i thought the h100 would be a good choice. if i don't oc i will probably just get the evga supper clocked tower cooler. but h100 leaves me more ram options with tall heat sinks

But if you don't game over 1080, dual cards is pretty pointless.....

Yeah my single 580 takes care of everything at a 1080p resolution with gpu power to spare....but if you want to do multi-monitor gaming you will need Sli also good choice on 680's as you will need the 2gb of vram up in those resolutions
