Notetaking and Sharing  Reply with quote

I've been using evernote, but it costs money, and doesn't quite work the way I want.

Requirements:

Sharing a todo list and notes.
Does not have to be free.
Accessible and editable on Mac, Linux, Windows, iPhone/iPad.
Stored in the cloud, weather someone else's or a service I run on one of my servers.
Is not a pain in the ass to use.

I use 7 for my core OS so I am fond of onenote. If you already have it and sharepoint, that might be a no-brainer, but I'm guessing you don't. Not accessible by Mac yet anyways.

played with zimbra or mindtouch? (arguably big pain in the ass)
