Nice, still a few weeks away and already 15 signed up. Everyone who wants to be there better hurry and sign-up because 20 is pretty close to a full house!

That'd be an awesome development. Though, I'd think maybe investment in another gigabit switch would be in order as we've yet to fill up the overflow/conference room.

OK, since we keep getting more than 20 signed up I think it is important to explain our waiting list rules, so EVERYONE, please pay attention to this, even those NOT on the waiting list.

All persons signed up to attend the lan and not on the waiting list are guaranteed a seat up until 12:00pm on the day of the LAN. At 12:01, if you are not there, people on the waiting list a allowed to take open seats and you can lose your seat reservation. If we can fit extra people, then you can come anyway, however the new venue is pretty much packed full at 22 and I mean FULL.

If you are signed up but cannot be there by 12:00pm, but want to guarantee your seat, you can pay in advance by contacting Goahed - Bobacus - Anreill and making arrangements to drop off payment PRIOR to the LAN. If you do not pre-pay and you don't arrive until after 12:00pm, your seat may be gone.

We are not trying to be Nazi's about it, but we have to let people who are willing to pay to play get a seat. Also on that note....if you signed up and for some reason cannot attend the LAN, PLEASE unregister by clicking the unregister link at the bottom of your confirmation email. If for some reason you discarded your confirmation email and cannot attend, please contact one of the above mentioned staff members to get your name removed from the list.

It's great that we are getting full LAN's! See everyone there.

For those unaware, I do not get out of dialysis until around 1230 will be arriving sometime between then and 1430 depending on how I feel post dialysis.

Soooooo, I know that when the weather is bad, LAN party attendance drops off, even though we have a good sign up. So as a public service announcement .......

it's supposed to snow tomorrow, probably before and during the LAN....but don't be a sissy, come to the LAN if you signed up...according to the weather guys it will likely snow A LOT in the morning and quit in the afternoon, and it should be too warm to make it stay around overnight.
