Location

Come Join Us for The OKGG LAN Each Month! The Oklahoma Gamer's Group holds it's LAN Party on the THIRD Saturday of each month. Since we do experience location changes you should ALWAYS read the DETAILS page to see where we are each month just to be sure. Approximate set-up time for the staff is 10:00am. Officially we start gaming around 11:00am. (You are welcome to show up at set-up time and help the staff if you wish, and get a good seat.) We usually play until 12:00am or until there are 4 or less players remaining.

Our current location is at Meridian Data Systems - 5940 NW 120th Ct, Oklahoma City, OK 73162 near the intersection of NW 122nd & MacArthur. Access to local restaurants, plenty of parking. Refrigerator for drinks in building. Outdoor smoking. For a map and driving directions, Click Here.

As there are only a few chairs available we advise you to bring a chair of your own, even a folding chair works. If you can't do this, contact one of the staff to arrange for them to provide one for you. We have to bring them to the location so don't forget!

What To Bring

Your computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, joystick, steering wheel, etc.
Games that you plan to play.
A chair!
Drinks and snacks if you wish.
CASH!
A friend, if you have any, we realize you are a gamer and may not... ;-)

Check-In

You MUST check-in and PAY your $10 admission fee BEFORE setting up equipment. Any gamer who is registered but does not check-in or pre-pay before noon on the day of the LAN may lose their seat to waiting gamers, so make sure to be there by noon or arrange to pre-pay by contacting our staff.

Food is available all around the area for lunch and dinner.

Please note: there is currently space for only 20 gamers! Sign-up early to assure your seat! We'll clear the roster within a day or two of each LAN.

We are sticking to our original "By the Gamer, For the Gamer" philosophy. Your input determines the direction of each LAN. We'll be haing random team selections sometimes for tournies, and others will allow pre-formed teams. We'll do casual tournies for bragging rights, and the occasional tournie for prizes. So come back and join the fun each month. It's you LAN, and it works because of you.

We also offer T-Shirts for $15 and Badges with Lanyards and your NIC and name on them for $3.

Staff members are available to assist you in connecting your computer to the LAN. You should set your network connection to DHCP, No WINS.

PLEASE take care not to damage or walk on cables, YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF, during the LAN and before you leave, do not leave the patch cables end laying on the floor where it can be damaged. Network patch cables are provided for your convenience, but you should bring a surge strip if you need more than 2 outlets.
